Our Story

Our vision was to create a healthy, fun, unique restaurant where you don’t have to feel guilty about eating delicious food. Pizza doesn’t have to be a rare indulgence. As former scientists, we enjoyed the challenge of making a pizza that had less fat, less carbohydrates, and less sodium but more flavor.

At Goli, we take pride in our signature dish, Pizza 🍕 We use a blend of eight fine cheeses that are sharper than are in traditional pizzas. Consequently, we can use less, reducing the calories even more. Our dough is made fresh daily. Our sauce includes fresh herbs, no oil, and less sodium. The tomatoes we use are less acidic allowing us to forgo sugar in the sauce.

Their attention to detail is amazing! The crust and sauce is 100% vegan and they're working on options for vegan cheese and even faux meats to top your pizza with!! Very excited to try those when they come out. The atmosphere is flawless and the beer is great quality. They also have a great selection of red wine, white wine, and champagne bottles. Fantastic place with unbeatable views of the Santa Fe Valley and immaculate landscaping all around the property!! A good friend of mine is one of the owners, and I can assure you they truly care about the food and are INCREDIBLY dedicated to always improving. This place is awesome! The pizza is really good not to mention healthy, low carb. The staff is amazingly friendly and the patio has great views of San Dieguito River Park - Santa Fe Valley Trail. The TV screens are big and good for watching games and the weekend evenings entertainment is quality as well.
